Important things to know

Rides beyond 14 are not claimable
By law a Category B course requires 14 rides (28 × 45 min). The 17- and 20-ride packages add EXTRA rides on top. You have no legal entitlement to rides beyond the statutory 14, and EXTRA rides cannot be exchanged for money or refunded if unused.
Interpreter — English only
The exam interpreter is provided exclusively in English; we do not provide interpreting in other languages. If you require an interpreter in a language other than English, you must complete all lectures and driving lessons with a court-certified interpreter. Those costs are borne by you and are added on top of the course price. In addition to the course price and the interpreter cost, a fee of 5,000 CZK for private theory lessons also applies.
Instalment schedule
The 1st instalment is due on submitting your application, the 2nd before your first driving lesson, and the 3rd before the 8th lesson.
Return of the course book
If your course is interrupted or you transfer to another driving school, the course book must be returned, with no refund.
You plan your own lessons
You schedule your lessons yourself in your student account at omg.onlymego.cz. To be able to schedule driving lessons you must complete at least 7 practice tests within 7 days; otherwise lessons may be cancelled.
MeGo All In — your choice
With the English MeGo All In package you choose either 20 rides or lessons up to 5× per week (English course only).
What you need to enrol
- A completed application form
- A medical fitness check (not older than 3 months)
- Confirmation of residency (Výpis z registru obyvatel) — available at any Czech Point
Complete the non-binding online pre-registration, then bring the signed application and documents in person to our office in Brno-Královo Pole. The signed application cannot be sent by post, e-mail or dropped into a mailbox.
Frequent questions
Is the whole course really in English?
Yes. Theory sessions, driving lessons and all study materials — including the MeGo Playbook — are in English, taught by our English-speaking instructor Anna Hodgson and colleagues. A certified English interpreter accompanies you for the theory part of your exam.
Can I have an interpreter in a language other than English?
No. We provide interpreting in English only. If you require another language, you must arrange a court-certified interpreter for all lectures and driving lessons; those costs are yours and are added on top of the course price. On top of the course price and the interpreter cost, a fee of 5,000 CZK for private theory lessons also applies.
How do I book my driving lessons?
You plan them yourself in your student account at omg.onlymego.cz. To unlock lesson scheduling you first need to complete at least 7 practice tests within 7 days. There is no entitlement to lesson planning without meeting this condition.
What happens to unused EXTRA rides?
The 17- and 20-ride packages include EXTRA rides above the statutory 14. EXTRA rides cannot be exchanged for money and you cannot claim a refund for unused rides beyond the mandatory 14.
What if I stop the course or move to another school?
The course book must be returned, with no refund. A cancellation fee applies as set out in our Terms & Conditions — please read them before enrolling.
